Dinners for Eight

Dragonfly Quuilters

The Dragonfly Quuilters meet on the second Saturday of each month from 9:30 am to noon in the Social Hall. Quilts are created for fundraising as well as to enhance BUF decor. All skill levels are welcome. Contact Franci Gass, 393-2614.  

Life Exercise

This program of gentle movement is drawn from Chinese Tai Chi and Japanese health exercises. All levels of fitness are welcome. The group practices Mondays from 4:30 - 5:30 PM in the Flex room. Contact Lee Seaman, (360) 676-8543, lseaman@seamanmedical.com.

Meditation

The Flowering Cherry Sangha Mindfulness Meditation Group meets each Thurs. from 2 to 3:30 PM in BUF’s meditation room. We follow the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, including meditation, study, discussion, and chanting. Chairs are provided; bring a cushion if you wish. Men’s Group

This group encourages men to come together for social and spiritual sustenance. Friendly, fraternal conversations provoke reflection, insight, humor, and enduring friendships.
